About the Journal
Grief can feel isolating, confusing and impossible to put into words — especially for young people who may not yet have the language for what they're experiencing.
The Grief Episode Guide for Teens was created to change that. Written from both a clinical and deeply human perspective, and illustrated with Kathleen's own artwork, this 100-page A5 guided journal offers young people aged 12–25 a private, supportive space to process loss — at their own pace, in their own words.
Whether the loss is a loved one, a relationship, an opportunity, a place or a part of identity, this journal meets young people exactly where they are.

TESTIMONIALS
"Positives: colour scheme, good design, makes you want to open it. The stages are really interesting and good feedback on the 'Pause for thought' pages and where to get further information and support."
Stephen Loizou | July 2022 | 1st CEO, Jigsaw4u
"I use it at night before I go to sleep as this is the time for a physical space that helps me understand my thoughts, feelings and emotions around my loss, I feel like it has normalised it for me."
